If I wrote an email to someone in one of these ways, because they take ages to reply emails (not because they are busy, but because they are lazy and think they can just let it wait a few weeks all the time). They are a colleague/manager, and the emails do not have to be extremely formal.:
start the email with DEAR XXXXXXXX. and write the rest in lower case
Write the whole email in size 14 or 16 font.
Write the whole email in red.

For instance, if someone writes you a 2 page long e mail, do you have to respond with a similar lenght e mail? Do you have to respond right away? Or is it alright to respond a few days later, even if the other person knows you check everyday?
