I'm receiving e-mail at my office through Microsoft Outlook and wanted to know if there was a way I could also continue to receive them at my home computer after I leave the office. Are there account setting changes to follow or software?

I just installed Windows Live Mail on my Windows 7 computer. I know that when you the program is closed and you open it, the program automatically sends and receives e-mail. However I was wondering if there is a way you can receive e-mail while the program is open. I used to do this with the send and receive button but it seems Windows Live Mail does not have this anymore

I have a Blackberry Pearl 8100 with T-Mobile. I hate receiving my work e-mails on my computer AND my Blackberry...I'd like to receive e-mails only from the time I go home until the time I get up to go to work. I'd also like my calendar to sync all day. How can I do this?
